Mike and Scott from All Seasons Pigroast and Catering have ordered the massive 10′ dual door reverse flow smoker. We’ll be mounting it directly to a trailer supplied by Mike and Scott. The firebox will be insulated as well the fire box will hang off the back of the trailer to allow the chefs to access the smoker doors right for the ground! NO up and down on the trailer. Let’s see what this build will look like!
- 500 Gallon Propane tank – steam cleaned inside to remove any old propane fumes and then sandblasted to remove all paint
- 40″ wide by 32″ deep by 28″ tall 1/4″ insulated fire box with both log rack for burning hardwood and a charcoal bin to use basic charcoal.
- Dual door with 2 over sized grates with grate stoppers so the grate will not tip when loaded with their brisket orders
- Over sized 6″ stack with rain cap
- Reverse flow design with lockable tuning plate for transport since this beast will be mounted on a trailer and from what I’ve been told the rig pulling the smoker will be a 1950 Chevy Truck completely redone to the max
